BOARDING FEES

  • Day of Arrival – Day rate payable
  • Day of Departure – No charge (Checkout before 11am), or another full day rate payable
  • Discounts available for long stays or house multiple family members together.  Conditions applies.
  • Refunds available for unused portion of prepaid fees.  Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receipt of Service Refund Application.  Administrative fee and conditions apply.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments in:

  • Cash
  • Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). No credit card surcharge applies.
  • Debit cards (Saving or cheque account).
  • Direct deposit into our bank account.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

  • Our reception is open daily between 9am and 11am, and 4pm and 6pm (except some public holidays) to greet your arrival and departure.  To avoid disturbing resting of our guests, the reception is generally closed between 11am and 4pm.
  • Arrival and departure outside our reception opening time maybe available.  Please discuss this at time of booking.

PEAK PERIODS

  • The peak period is between 15 December and 15 January next year.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE deposit applies for all bookings over this period.  A Tax Invoice will be issued showing the deposit amount and the due date.  Deposit must be received by due date, or the booking will be cancelled without notice.  Reserved room(s) will be available to other customers!
  • No minimum stay required or holiday surcharge applies.
  • Deposit is fully refunded when a booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 restriction.

VACCINATION

  • Current vaccination or other supporting document must be presented for each guest on the first arrival.  Relevant details will be recorded in our system, and is valid for future visits until next vaccination.
  • All guests must be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Respiratory Disease (F3, F4 or F5) within the last twelve (12) months.
  • To avoid unexpected complication, vaccination must be done at least fourteen (14) days before arrival.

FLEAS & WORMING

  • All guests must be treated for fleas and worms before arrival.
  • Should evidence of fleas or worms be present, we will advise the owner and treat the cat immediately.  The owner is liable for additional cost associated with this.

VET ASSISTANCE

  • In case of illness, we will notify the owner or your nominated emergency contact immediately.
  • Your cat will be taken to your veterinarian (if within 10km), or our own veterinarian.  Additional charge applies.
  • The owner will be liable for all bills charged by the veterinarian.
