To comply with the State Government regulations and for the well-being of our guests, cats must be vaccinated for boarding.  Proof of current vaccination can be uploaded to your account, email to us in advance, or present on the day of check-in.  We reserved the rights to refuse entry when this condition is not met.

Check in/out is between 9am and 11am, and 4pm and 6pm daily, except selected public holidays.  Checkout AFTER 11AM incurs another day of boarding.  Please contact us to discuss other arrival or departure time.

For health and hygiene, accompanying cat bedding and accessories must be clean.  Dirty items will not be allowed in our cattery rooms.  Customers maybe liable for deep cleaning and sanitising.
