STORAGE FEES

  • All invoices must be paid in advance.  Access will be refused until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
  • Avoid Late Payment fee by paying on-time.  For your convenience, automatic direct debit from a nominated credit card is available.
  • Administration Fee (once-off) applies to monthly billing only.
  • Annual billing enjoys a month free.
  • All leases are continuous until terminated by either party with a seven (7) days notice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments in:

  • Cash.
  • Cheque.
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX). No credit card surcharge applies.
  • Direct deposit into our bank account.
  • Regular direct debit from a nominated credit card.

ACCESS HOURS

  • Access is available daily between 9am and 5pm (Eastern Standard/Summer Time).
  • For security and your safety, access after hours or in darkness is not available.

GOODS STORED

  • Hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods are strictly prohibited.

INSURANCE

  • Goods are stored at your own risk.  We highly recommended that you take out an insurance cover.
  • Unless specifically itemised and covered by your insurance, goods that are irreplaceable (such as currency, jewellery, paintings, etc.) or items worth more than AUD$2,000 intotal must not be stored here.

STORER CHECK

  • All customers will be checked against Storer Check database.
